DR. CHEF.RANJEETA TRIPATHI

Dr Ranjeeta Tripathi is presently working as an Assistant Professor in Amity University, Lucknow. Completed her Doctorate (PhD) in Hospitality from CT University, Ludhiana and Masters in Hotel Management from Uttarakhand open University, Haldwani Uttarakhand. She obtained her Diploma in Hotel Management from Madras University in 2001 and later completed her Bachelors in Hotel management from Uttarakhand open University, Haldwani Uttarakhand. She has over 22 years of experience in Academia and Industry. She has provided her services Carnival Cruise Line, Miami Florida USA for almost 10 years. She switched to academics in 2011 and started teaching from IHM Meerut and later went to IHM Lucknow. She is also a member of nodal body of Indian Culinary Forum (ICF).She has published 28 Research papers in National and International Conference. She has served as jury member of Skill India Competition in 2019. She is having 7 patents out of which one is International.
