Prior to this, she was Assistant General Manager- Services for Bangalore International Airport Limited as guiding force for 1300 plus team members for Terminal 1, Terminal 2, Ancillary Buildings, Parking, Connecting roads and Surroundings.
She is young generation leader; a Team player believes in leading the team from front with advancement of innovation and technologies. Always open to learn more and explore.
Having two decades of experience, she’s proficient with all the nitty-gritties of the Hotels & Airport industry. She began her career at ITC Sonar Bangla, worked with MBD Radisson, Noida; Ramada, Bangalore; The Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore and Crowne Plaza, Bangalore. She gained expertise at various levels which led her to bag the position of Director of services at The Oterra Hotel Bangalore (5 Star Deluxe) as her last assignment in Hotel Industry and moved to Kempegowda International airport to begin her journey in Facility Management.
Throughout her career, she has given value addition to the organisation, through various innovative initiatives, CSR activities and policies. In addition, she played key role in Hotels and Airport for Star Classification of the units.
She is also the brainchild and initiator of the Housekeepers Association called Professional Housekeepers Association started in 2012.
Apart from her professional interests, she also loves to travel, sing, dance and enjoys life the way it is.

Mr.Johar is a Hospitality Professional with 36 years of experience in operating and opening new Hotels across India and a few International Assignments. After completing his 3 years Diploma in Hotel Management in 1987, Oberoi Hotels absorbed him as a Management Trainee and was trained especially in Facilities Planning and Management. Post-tenure at Oberoi Towers & The Oberoi Mumbai, he was involved in the pre-opening setup of The Oberoi Krishna and the entire setting up of Oberoi Flight Services Chennai.
Subsequently, he worked with Le Meridien, Park Royal New Delhi (Project stage as Facilities Head), Leela Goa, and Cidade de Goa before joining Taj during the project stage of Taj Exotica. During his 10-year tenure with the Taj Group, and involved in the opening of Taj Exotica Goa, and Taj Green Cove at Kovalam. Some more hotels, to where he contributed his skill and knowledge are Wyndham Hotels, Accor Group, ITC Fortune, and Sarovar Group, followed by managing the development and opening of Ramada by Wyndham Gandhidham.
Currently, he is heading the development of a Mixed Commercial Facility in Sonipat, an integrated Mall with a 120-room 4-star Hotel, a Food Court, a three-screen multiplex, and retail space of 100,000 square feet.

His passion, dedication & commitment to his area of expertise have been highly commendable, and has received global accolades.
Chef Kaviraj is certified by the Swiss University, the American Hospitality Institute, the University of Ireland, British Executive Training Centre to name a few. He is a master chef in over 33 plus international cuisines and has been featured on several food shows on Star Plus & colors television, has published his articles and featured his recipes in over 100 plus publications to date and is an author of half a dozen books related to food & hospitality. Dr.Dharna Shukla is a hotel management educationist and an experienced hotelier with over two decades of experience in academia hospitality operations. Dr. Shukla has worked in India and abroad in the hospitality sector with chains of The Park, The Taj and Coral Hotels. She has also taught hospitality and tourism management at IHM Lucknow, Christ University Bangalore and was the founding faculty and program leader, of hospitality and tourism, at Amity University Dubai. Dr.Shukla has reviewed the hospitality and tourism content of Aptech and has been a consultant inspector for NEBOSH certifications in India for a UK-based organization.
