Applied Facility Management Case Study
Case Study :1 Title: "Implementing Energy Efficiency Measures in a Commercial Office Building" Case Study:2 Title: "Enhancing Safety and Security Measures in a Manufacturing Facility" Case Study :3 Title: "Optimizing Workspace Efficiency through Innovative Design in a Corporate Office Environment" Important Note:  Students can choose any two case studies from the above.  Mention the topic numbering at the time of submission.  Students’ enrolment number/registration number/student code is mandatory on the submission copy.  All copies should be in PDF format and saved under the name of the course and case study title. Structure of the case study: Students can submit the report either in soft or hand-written scanned PDF format. 1. Title: Provide a concise and descriptive title that captures the essence of the case study. 2. Introduction: • Briefly introduce the subject of the case study and provide context for the reader. • Outline the objectives and purpose of the case study. 3. Background: • Provide relevant background information about the organization, industry, or situation being studied. • Describe any pertinent historical, social, economic, or environmental factors that may influence the case. 4. Objectives: • Clearly state the goals and objectives of the case study. • Define what the organization or individuals hope to achieve by addressing the issues outlined in the case. 5. Approach: • Describe the methodology or approach used to conduct the case study. • Explain the research methods, data collection techniques, and analytical frameworks employed. 6. Findings: • Present the key findings and observations derived from the analysis. • Use data, evidence, and examples to support your findings. • Organize findings logically and sequentially to facilitate understanding. 7. Analysis: • Interpret the findings and provide analysis and insights into the underlying factors, trends, and implications. • Discuss the significance of the findings about the objectives of the case study. • Explore any challenges, limitations, or opportunities identified during the analysis. 8.
