Month 1: Ideation & Market Research
This module focuses on the foundation of entrepreneurship—transforming an idea into a viable business opportunity. Entrepreneurs will learn how to identify problems, assess market demand, and validate their ideas before investing resources. Through practical exercises and real-world case studies, participants will develop a problem-solving mindset and gain insights into consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor analysis. Key Learning Outcomes Understand the startup ecosystem and different types of business models. Learn techniques for brainstorming and identifying innovative business ideas. Conduct effective market research to assess demand and competition. Develop a Unique Value Proposition (UVP) that sets your idea apart. This module focuses on transforming your validated idea into a structured business plan and developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). You'll learn essential aspects of financial planning, branding, legal compliance, and product development.

Month 3: Sales, Marketing & Growth Strategies
In Month 3 of the EVANIH Startup Entrepreneur Program COHORT 1.0, participants will focus on developing effective sales, marketing, and growth strategies to acquire customers, build brand awareness, and scale their businesses. This phase will cover go-to-market strategies, digital marketing, sales funnels, and revenue generation techniques to drive sustainable business growth.

Month 4: Execution, Networking & Final Prototype Presentation
In the final month of the EVANIH Startup Entrepreneur Program COHORT 1.0, participants will focus on executing their startup strategies, networking with industry leaders, and finalizing their prototype. This phase will prepare entrepreneurs to present their business ideas confidently, seek investment, and take their startups to the next level.
